Three digit PA porcelains are quite hard to find and highly sought after, in any condition. This plate would be a wonderful plate to add to a license plate collection. This plate is part of my personal collection, but I am letting a few things go to help pay for our upcoming wedding. Condition:This plate is in 100% original condition and has no touchups or restoration. It is in great vintage condition with only minor wear from actual use over the years.
