1960s Lilly Pulitzer “The Lilly” Logo Floral Tiki Crochet Trim ALTERED Dress VTG

Description: For your consideration 1960s “The Lilly” Lilly Pulitzer Inc. for Neiman Marcus colorful bell sleeve dress with crochet panels. Floral print with the Lilly signature. Working metal “Robin” rear zip. No pockets. This dress has been altered. The trim was removed from the cuffs & bottom hem. The dress has been shortened - the original fabric is not cut, so that can be taken out to return this to a maxi dress. However I do not have the trim that was removed. Sold AS IS. Marked size 10. Fits like a modern M Pre owned, shows general wear. Overall great dress. Has discoloration in areas (crochet, side waist, back shoulder). Due to the removed trim the cuffs are not completely tacked to the trim that goes along the sleeve making it slightly open (mainly the left cuff) - needs a tack. Normal surface wear, stitch holes & fray near back vent. The right underarm stitch is a bit stretched. It is a wearable dress but needs cleaning and you may prefer to have some work done to it.
