Otto Kubel, painter, created the fine art of this collectable postcard. Otto Kubel was a German painter, book designer and illustrator and scissor artist. He was born in 1868, in Dresden, Germany and Otto a well known artist among his peers in1951 in Munich. Otto Kubel was most active as an illustrator for children's and fairy tale books. He is best known for his uncanny depictions on the fairy tale stories written by the famous or infamous Brothers Grimm and captured the complicated relationship between humankind, and the animal world, which includes us humans, i.e. Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel. Otto Kubel can be considered one of the first horror artists of his time (Hansel and Gretel.) The purchase will be AS SEEN, with no returns.
