Description: For sale is an HO scale Bowser Pennsylvania Railroad high side tender kit. As far as I can tell, the kit is complete and unstarted. The parts bag is sealed. I don't see any issues with the castings, but there may be issues that I missed. There's no box or paperwork for it. Please look at the pictures carefully - they're part of the description, decide for yourself, and ask any questions you may have :-) All items are sold as-is. Domestic shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Both include tracking and insurance for the full value of your purchase. Sorry, no international shipping at this time. I pack items carefully with packing materials appropriate for the item (i.e. bubble wrap, foam, tissue, etc.) to ensure they arrive in the same condition as when they were photographed.
