This is a solid brass buckle with detailed artwork, a classic western scroll design, darkened accents, and 2 engravable ribbons, made by Award design Medals, in the 1980s-90s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. The ribbons have not been engraved. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 3.8 oz.
