Description: Dawson's Creek Authentic Leery House White Wood Fence Picket Prop that was used in the show. This is an authentic porch roof shingle from the property in Wilmington, North Carolina that was used in the show Dawson’s Creek. The roof was replaced in 2019 because it was starting to get weathered. I have documented the replacement through pictures. The only shingles that we saved were the ones from the porch roof where Joey climbed in through the window. I also have white fence pickets, and even acquired a few little bottles of creek water. To prove the authenticity of this, I have pictured myself in front of the house and in the back of the house acquiring the shingles and the pickets from the owners. No returns or refunds please.
