Description: Listed is an authentic used Dawson's Creek Authentic Leery House Prop that was used in the show. I am the only official seller of items from the actual Dawson’s Creek house in Wilmington, NC. I personally know the residents and they have put me in charge to officially sell these show used house props. I have acquired many items from the house that were used in the show. This is an authentic buoy prop from the property in Wilmington, North Carolina that was used in the show Dawson’s Creek. You are getting the one pictured in my hand while standing in back of the house. The condition is good but it is over 25 years old and doesn't look brand new. Please refer to pictures for exact condition. This was mainly used in season 1 and was featured on the very opening scene on the "fake pier" they built to make it look like the pier was closer to the house than it actually was. I also acquired the lamp but it's not currently for sale. I also have other items listed so please check those out. I even acquired a few little souvenir bottles of creek water.
