Please note the internal width of the mount bracket is 36mm (see diagram), the bolts fit into the bottom 2 bolt holes on your stem (or top if you choose). This easily accommodates most stems but I have encountered an oversized FSA model where the bolt spacing was too wide so please check before ordering. I have tested this on a large Garmin 1030 and it fits with plenty of clearance to the bars. ------- I've received a few questions about whether this fits a large device. Well I've just tried it on a Garmin 1040 and it fits. It is getting close to the stem but I still had plenty of clearance to install with ease.
