McKibben-New York. The book possesses seventy illustrations, some in color. The book was one of the publishers "Manhattan Young People's Library" series. The book was published in 1900. There is a page that was likely the paper cover to the interior back hardcover that is present but no longer attached to the book (see pictures). There is no Jacket or Dust Cover accompanying this book. The front interior cover is stamped A.G. Bigelow. This Lovely Classic Book would make a Great Addition to any Antique / Vintage Antiquarian Collection. Note: Rare Books and Publications are not an area of expertise for me. I will do my best to describe the condition of the book as I see it. Please view the numerous pictures I have taken to determine condition for yourself. Size: - Length 6 7/8" - Width 5 1/4" - Depth 5/8" Condition: - Fair to Good Overall Used Condition - The Hardcover of the book displays some scratching and general wear with the colors and design being bold and bright. The interior pages show some minor discoloration. A few pages show slight losses to the corners. What I believe to be the back interior hardcover insert page is present but no longer attached (see pictures). There are a few areas where the binding is starting to separate (see pictures).
