Not bad for a 50,000sf building. All the machines in the shop were top notch (Tsugami, Okuma, Honor Seiki etc) and pristine. Most 2019 or newer. This place was not planning on shutting down but the offer for the land was too good to pass up. The item/s pictured is/are what's included and is/are the item/s that you will receive. Any item can be shipped UPS or USPS 2-day or Overnite for the additional cost of the shipping If you purchase more than one lot I will combine the shipping if possible. Only large items over 40 lbs or extremely fragile items will not be combined. You must put the items in your cart and then checkout making 1 payment only. By making ONE payment only after placing the items in your cart the system will allow me to ship them together. If items are payed for individually no discount will be given.
