You have to make sure that it is pushed down far enough to click on both sides and lock with your bag in there and then you push the vac seal. I never could get it to go off automatically so an instruction book would be beneficial. Unfortunately I’m not sure what feature is this has. I could not get to seal unless I pushed seal when I felt it was vacuum packed. Maybe if you’re viewing this, you know how these work. It did vacuum and seal. Please see all pictures.
