Description: Powers on when battery inserted, “busy” screen appears, and then is unresponsive to ALMOST all button presses. Pressing the video record button however, causes lens to extend and display to work, though lens cover gets stuck and doesn’t open up all the way automatically. You can nudge the cover the rest of the way open and see that the lens is still in good condition. Zoom is functional and the lens seems to be clear of debris. You can navigate through most if not all of the menu items in this mode, including adjusting the aperture, etc though the shutter is unresponsive and “memory card locked” keeps displaying. The touch screen is fully responsive, seemingly. Pressing the power button retracts the lens and powers it down like normal, however to power it back up thereafter requires a reinsertion of the battery because the power button is then unresponsive. No further testing possible. See photos for cosmetic condition. Sold for parts or repair, as-is, absolutely no returns. Seems as if there is a lot of usable potential here to someone willing to fix. Battery and additional accessories not included.
