Description: Rare 1969 35mm Grand Canyon Bronze Medal with Medallic Art Co Stamping on rim. What makes this item rare is the Medallic Art Co. stamp on the rim. The 45mm medals were the only ones that were supposed to be stamped on the rim. The 35mm bronze medals were not to be stamped but a handful got stamped by mistake. This is an estate item, and I researched it myself but could not substantiate the information on the box (please see pictures). I have not seen another 35mm Grand Canyon Bronze Medal with that marking. This item can be pretty rare or ultra rare or somewhere in between.
