This house has been hand signed on the bottom by David Winter. Measures about 7" tall by 4.5" wide. The detail and painting is excellent. It is in perfect condition, no chips, cracks, nothing is wrong. I DO NOT have the original box, but it will be packaged with the utmost care to insure safe delivery.
