It has a pearly finish faux button front bodice and slightly raised waistline. I love how the border print is placed toward the hemline. It's a nice touch. 💜 I would date this piece to the early or mid-1970s. The back metal zip is metal. Condition is excellent. Size is an approximate Small to Medium. Compared to American sizing, vintage UK 14 is not as big as it sounds! 🙄 Bust is approximately 36 inches and waist is 28 inches.
