Description: Antique silhouette ink portrait on paper of Albert G. Robinson(Albert Gardner) noted author of The Phillipines: The War and the People, as well as numerous other books about Cuba, the Phillipines, Puerto Rico, as well as topics like Old New England Doorways, and Houses. Albert G. Robinson was born in 1855 and passed away in 1932. Note the back side has an endearing handwritten family anecdote and story about him. Good condition, appears to have a fingerprint on the paper in the open field surrounding the silhouette occurring at time of creation. Frame measures 10" x 5 3/4". More contemporary matte and frame.
