Description: For sale is a vintage Cricket talking doll made by Playmates in the 80s. She is about 25" tall and has a cassette player in her back. When the tape is played, her eyes and mouth move in time to the audio. She is currently untested, however and is being sold as is. I cannot guarantee that she will work properly, even though her battery compartment appears clean and free of corrosion. Her outfit has some staining to the front and back of the shirt and skirt. Her hair is in good condition and is in its factory style, although it is frizzy and could use a good combing. Some staining to her cloth body and one of her arms has come unsewn from the fabric. Overall she still looks good but will need some repair and TLC. She could still make a great display piece for your collection or a restoration project!
