Description: This is a uncommon ratcheting threader marked Greenfield Tap and Die. Has F3 below makers stamp and assume that is the model number or catalog number. Has a 1/2" cutter. The part that goes up the middle is marked 1/2" as well. Unsure the proper name for that part. Measures roughly 14" end to end. The tool weighs 4lbs exactly on my scale. See pics of it taken apart. I took apart to see how it works. I gave it a l light oil and cleaning on the internal parts but otherwise as found condition. The ratchet works both ways. The cutter I gave a couple tries with a mallet to get out but did not move. It's probably been in their for a long time and I did not spend much time on that. See pics its a nice tool. Uncommon find.
