It is quite stunning. I believe it was made in Mexico. It has great detail and contrast in texture from the very smooth face of the chief to the rough texture of the fur. I do not know excactly what tribe the chief is from but I do know the Nez-Perce wore headdresses similar to this. It measures 9.5" tall x 5" wide x 6" long. It weighs 5 lb 6 oz.
