Click image to enlarge Description Up for auction is a Set of Two (2) Vintage Metal “Kodak” Film Canisters! These are nice bright metal film cans, one with a yellow canister body and orange top cap, and the other with an orange canister body and yellow top cap. The film canisters are both marked “Kodak” in raised lettering on the front, and the orange one is also marked “Kodak” on the back. The film canisters are both painted metal (possibly aluminum), and their screw caps are both painted steel (tin) metal. They measure about 1¼” diameter x 2” tall, the typical size for 35mm Kodak film. These film canisters are most likely from the 1950s or early 1960s! As shown in the photos, these vintage Kodak film canisters are in very good condition for their age with nice bright colors. They have a little surface wear and light soiling, including very little (if any) color loss and a few small marks, light scuffs or scratches, and possibly a light dent or ding. The orange lid does have some dark staining as shown. These vintage metal Kodak film canisters would make a great addition to your collection! Take a look at the photos to best judge condition.
