Pocket knife, (I believe.The numbers are a little hidden) It has 2 blades on one end (Jack knife). Both blades open and close without force. The main, larger blade is a little loose and could use some tightening. The knife also could use a cleaning and polishing. In my unprofessional opinion, it’s held up well for its age.
