Your team's requests, from Telegram to a board.
A bot in your group, the AI proposes and one person decides with a tap. Deployed and running, not a script you have to host.

The problem it solves
Your team writes requests in a Telegram group and they get lost in the chat. This bot fixes that with a system that has been running for a workshop since September 2026, not a script you have to host yourself.
How it works
- Someone writes or sends a voice note in the right topic (Ideas, Issues, Questions, Orders, whatever you choose).
- The bot records every message with author, time and topic. Every ten minutes the AI reads what is new, groups related messages and proposes a task in your admin group.
- Whoever decides taps Approve and a card appears in Trello with the original words quoted underneath. Nothing reaches the board without a real message behind it.
- Runs in Docker, restarts on its own and needs no paid third-party service. The AI is a local model: no message leaves for an external service.
How to order
Through the contact form: tell me in two sentences what your business does and what kind of requests go through the group, and the package you want. I reply the same day with the ten-minute guide to create the bot, the group and the Trello key from your phone (everything stays in your name, not mine). Payment is made when the order is confirmed and the system is running within the package's timeframe. If you would rather buy on Fiverr or Upwork, the same packages are listed there in dollars.
Limits, stated upfront
Up to 300 messages a day and 50 people per group. Voice notes up to 15 minutes and attachments up to 20 MB. The bot records from the moment it joins the group, not before. And it does not work with WhatsApp: its official API does not let a bot read a group, and the unofficial libraries get numbers banned. I do not sell what can vanish overnight.
Questions
Where does the bot run?
On our server in Madrid, in its own container, isolated from every other client. Hosting is included for 3 months in Basic and Standard. With Premium it runs on your own server and you get the operations guide.
What happens with our data?
Messages, attachments and transcriptions stay on the server in a database that is yours. The AI runs locally, nothing is sent to an external AI service. Only approved tasks reach Trello. When hosting ends you get everything as a zip and it is deleted.
What if Telegram changes something?
The bot uses only the official Bot API, which Telegram has kept backwards compatible since 2015. If a change breaks anything during the included hosting, I fix it at no cost. After that, it is billed by the hour.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
No. WhatsApp's official API does not let a bot read a group: it is built for one-to-one business chats, with company verification and a fee per conversation. The unofficial libraries that do read groups break WhatsApp's terms and get numbers banned. I do not sell what can vanish overnight.
What do I need to provide?
Ten minutes on your phone: create the bot in @BotFather and send me the token, create a group with Topics and a small admin group and add the bot as admin to both, and create a free Trello API key. Plus your list of topics and two sentences about your business. I send a step-by-step guide.
